Diagnostic Service Pricing
Standard Diagnostic
$99 upfront
Includes up to 1 hour of technician time to:
- Assess and diagnose faults
- Test hardware components
- Investigate software issues
- Check operating system health
- Identify repair options
- Provide a repair or replacement recommendation
Pension & Concession Card Holders
$50 upfront
Available to holders of a valid Pensioner Concession Card or Health Care Card.
Good News – Your Diagnostic Fee Isn't Lost
If you proceed with a repair through Sam's Spares, your diagnostic fee will be deducted from the final repair cost.
OR
If you choose to purchase a replacement refurbished device from Sam's Spares valued at $300 or more, your diagnostic fee will be credited towards that purchase.
This means your diagnostic assessment can effectively cost you nothing if you proceed with a repair or eligible replacement device.
