Sam’s Spares highly values corporate technology donors, as fleet rollouts and business upgrades often provide consistent, usable equipment that can be refurbished and redistributed efficiently.
For a Corporate or School donation please email workshop@samsspares.org with a list and photos of the items to be collected and one of our team will get back to you.

Updated GENERAL PUBLIC Donations
To better meet the needs of our community and ensure we can continue providing free refurbished technology while creating paid employment pathways, Sam’s Spares has refined the types of donations we accept from the general public. We now accept laptops, desktop towers, tablets, mobile phones, gaming consoles, and essential supporting cables only.
This refinement allows us to focus our time, space, and resources on the technology that has the greatest impact and can be refurbished and redistributed responsibly.
Donations from our complete list above can be dropped to Sam’s Workshop at:

EXCITING NEWS!!!
📷 Big News – Secure Device Collection Cages Are Here!
We’re excited to announce that Sam’s Spares is rolling out secure collection cages across the Perth metro area to make donating your unwanted tech even easier.
Our very first prototype cage is being launched with the support of the awesome Adam Hort MLA in Kalamunda. We chose Adam to host our pilot as he has been a long-term supporter of our mission and was formerly the Deputy Mayor of the City of Gosnells.
A huge thank you to PEACH - Personnel Employed at Alcoa Charity Help who have kindly sponsored 12 more cages! – helping us scale this project right across Perth.
We are now reaching out to MPs across the metro to host a cage in their community.
More locations will be added to our website as cages are delivered.
Together, we’re making it easier to donate laptops, tablets, phones, and consoles securely while helping us bridge the digital divide. 
*Larger donations and desktop computers will still need to be dropped off directly to our warehouse in Gosnells*
